Normal light doesn't hurt him, though it does wear him out more, and his powers don't work well in it.
Magical light CAN hurt him, but only when its directed at him. Spilloff is just a more intense version of normal light.
He's about seventeen physically.
Purple hair, blue eyes, tan skin. Different from the usual dark links.
His clothes are actually part of his body. Shadow is almost never still, and that includes his clothes, his hat in particular likes to flick around.
Bending is a skill Shadow got from his time in Nautilus. The ability to alter himself (Beyond the usual shadow thing) and make things out of nothing through force of will.
